When will my order be shipped?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What should I do if the lipstick breaks or melts?

Step 1: Prepare a hair dryer.

Step 2: Blow both ends of the lipstick until it melts

Step 3: When both ends have been completely melted, stick them together

Step 4: Put the cap back on and store the lipstick vertically in the refrigerator overnight.
